The Atafo shirt-jacket, described by BellaNaija as sitting between a shirt and a tailored jacket, features wide peak lapels, a double-breasted button arrangement and subtle metallic pinstripes. The piece was worn fastened for a dressed-up appearance, the outlet said, and was accessorised with an ornate silver-and-crystal brooch placed high on the left lapel.
For trousers, BellaNaija said Ebuka chose high-waisted navy slate Gurkha trousers with double front pleats, side-adjuster straps and a wide-leg cut. The outlet noted the outfit was finished with black glittered loafers and further details including wire-rimmed round glasses, diamond stud earrings and a silver chain necklace.
The fashion write-up suggested styling notes for readers, saying the crossover front and wide lapels make the shirt-jacket the focus of an outfit and advising that for a formal occasion the piece be worn fastened with tailored trousers.
